1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from eLiving. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

2. Payment

Direct bookings require a deposit of 30% to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in. Payment details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before check-in: full deposit refund.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before check-in: 50% deposit refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Maximum Occupancy

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior written consent may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during the stay. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest. The property must be left in the same condition as found.

7. Prohibited Activities

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

8. Liability

eLiving is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own personal insurance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of: (a) contract performance — to fulfil your booking; (b) legitimate interest — to improve our service; (c) your consent — for cookies and marketing.

5. Data Retention

Booking data is retained for 3 years after your stay to comply with Spanish tax and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.

6. Third Parties

We use EmailJS to process booking form submissions. Your data is transmitted securely and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

8. Cookies
